I think I’ve made a similar thread in the past, but I can’t find it now. For me personally, fab isn’t about having a quick hook up, it’s about building a connection with people I chat to and having great conversations with people I meet for other people if they might just want to have a quick meeting, but the wonderful thing about fab is. Everyone is unique and different in their own way and searching for something different |

I want a connection but not a deep connection.

I much prefer a connection too. I'm here for the social side as well as the sex. Also I prefer to chat and start to get to know someone before any playing rather than an instant hook up though I do that sometimes xx |

I think I seek connection as I’ve had mild autism from a young age and constantly moved schools and never really had any friends and, when I was older, I started having anxiety, so I still found it difficult to make friends. Even if, people I chat to on here it doesn’t turn into friendship, as it’s difficult on fab if we share a common interest, or we can relate in some way it makes me happy |

I wouldn't message someone if I wasn't interested in them. Anything said in messages that leads to a meet, however quickly, confirms we're into the same things, wanting or after the same things. Whether anything goes ahead getting there is a different matter.
You can have long chats, get to know someone, meet and still either not click or build a different expectation, so connection online is no real indication of how a person is once you meet for me.

Yeah it’s interesting - you can tell by the forum posts that there’s a large majority of people on a Friday night just chilling, chatting, socialising - just regular humans being all human, which is nice. Great place to actually connect with people.
I think I’ve made a few good friends on here I probably never would have had the opportunity to bump into in real life and even connect with.
