Hiya guys I’d really like to get into the swinging scene and make new friends. I am and have not been pushy whilst chatting to people but nothing really happens after the messages. I think I am respectful. Any couples out there that could please give me any advice.

Shame I no longer live in Portsmouth. As some have mentioned get out there, go to a social and let the organiser know it’s your first time. The host will usually greet you and introduce you to others there on the night. |

OP check out clubs like Sweet Wednesday or Bi Fun Club which is held at Central Station in basement, is a 5 mins. walk from King's Cross Station.
I've not been to the BiFunClub venue but have to Sweet Wednesday which is gr8 fun. No pressure to play, can just mingle and meet friendly peeps, build rapport, etc.
I heard the BiFunClub is pretty good as well. Worth a venture...! |

Believe it or not, plenty so called straight guys have attended the club and had plenty of fun.
There are plenty other venues where you can go, check online and also club reviews on Fabs.

Most people are not and will ever be mutually compatible with most other people.
Thus most chats are to be expected to reach dead ends. Nothing wrong with that, as each side assesses the other, to view attractiveness and preferences alignment. If it's 1 in 100 that you're matched with, you'd need to chat with several hundred people, in order to get a fixed meet. Obviously you're also going to have other people who could also match, so it would depend on whether others are slightly better matches, including for availability etc.
If each man weeks his profile so that it sells him perfectly, it will all be equal. Some men will have the edge, so will highlight the importance of the others needing to get working on their profile.
Get to clubs and socials to increase your circle of friends. |
