I usually sleep between 5-7am, just a thing my insomnia does.

The husband is at work, another 2 hours or so and he'll be home

If I'm struggling to sleep I stop trying. I put a rain video on youtube and just relax instead

I play A-Z in my mind. Pick a category and try name something for each letter. Though I've been doing it for so long I'm running out of categories. Last night it was people I'd hate to be stuck on a lift with.

If you can't rest your mind to sleep, it's worth learning how yo rest your body why your awake at night.

Only thing genuinely that stops my insomnia is going to the gym

Insomnia is really weird and it can really mess you up. Sometimes I can be so damn tired, slurring my words, heavy eyes, just about to collapse… get in bed and PING - wide awake, no sleep for another 24 hrs

Brutal
