Me and my partner was discussing crossdressing and TS's, it just kinda came up. I just wondered because even though born a man but changed to a woman, viewed as a woman, acts like a woman... What would the courts think? |

Pre op transsexual men go to female prisons.
Post op transsexual men go to male prison, so long as they have had bottom surgery. If they have not had bottom surgery they go to a female prison.
Pre op transsexual women go to male prisons, usually in segregation.

I'm pretty sure that a born male post op ts is legally a woman. |

Post-op and those genuinely living as women would go to a female prison - TVs - and those who dress as women for sexual gratification would go to a male prison but would likely be segregated for they're own safety |
