I you are blocked it is just you. Hidden is from everyone.

The only way to hide a profile from one person is to block them which means you can't message them.

If it says it's hidden then it's hidden from everyone.

Blocked means they blocked you (or you blocked them)

It tells you you are blocked or the profile is suspended by admin. You won't know which.
