Hmm...my absolute favourite is celariac.... You can roast it, mash it, blend it, slice it.... It is delicious with cafe de Paris sauce and fondant potatoes |

Broccoli, Parsnips, Carrots and Sweet Potatoes are some of the best, tbh.
I also love carrots and parsnips mashes together with loads of butter and plenty of seasoning — it's something I've had since childhood and I have fond memories of eating it |
