Peeps what am I doing wrong.

Trying for the perfect Yorkshire pudding in my air fryer , heated the pots and the oil poured the mix in 200 for 8 minutes any culinary advice appreciated

Cannot beat good Yorkshire pudding oven needs to be hot lard in baking tray very hot melted almost starting smoke. Then mix in don't open oven door till definitely done

Oil would need to be extremely hot but just having a Googlie and it says air fryers are no good for wet batters.

You can do them in an Air Fryer, but when they look like they're cooked, you need to turn them over in the pots and put them back in to cook for another 5-10 mins approx. Need to keep checking them and get them out once done so they don't burn.

The adage of just because you can doesnt mean you should. You would be using the over anyway for the rest of the rosst.. wouldnt you?
