Sadly I cleared out all my tat last year. I'm currently living 'tat free' until I change my mind on anything I've bought in the last 6 odd months.  |

I need someone to help me with clearing out my crap.
It's seriously affecting my well-being thinking about how I'm going to do it.
I've never been great at throwing stuff away, and now I struggle with my body I can't physically sift through it all.
I'm scared to look in my loft. |

I don't have a wardrobe any more, my ex threw them all away.
I have one spare room I put black bags of clothes in and stuff I think I will need again.
I have bags of dance costumes I've got to sort through and get ready to be picked up.
All my mum's stuff I didn't want thrown away is in boxes and bags in my bedroom. I've got bags of old lingerie and toys I need to bin too.
I've slowly started on the chests of drawers. One drawer has old medication and odds and sods in I've thinned down a bit.
And I have 3 big bags of books I can't bring myself to get rid of.
Plus, there's a filing cabinet in my office/stuff I don't want nicked from the garden room, that's probably got documents from a business from before the Internet was a thing

If you scard to look In the loft bin the lot.. as you don't need it.
