Love an early morning session but I’m up at 6am most mornings for work…. I’m not getting up at 5am so I do late evenings and love the peace at the end of the day.only problem is when your already tired and have to summon energy you don’t have to complete the workout. |

"Evenings during weekdays, early on weekends.
Tried going early but I'm just not an early person at all. Different vibe at night I feel too "
Yeah I'm up early during the week for work, I'm not getting up at 4 am to workout, credit to anyone that does. Although it is difficult to get an intense workout at the end of a long day. |

"Evenings! Or weekend early afternoon. I mainly go after work, so post 6pm. I am NOT a morning person
I have to alternate due to work start times."
That's fair. I work regular hours so always go after work. |

Anytime I like was the best decision I ever made
Sins I live alone and don’t really need a bedroom and living room
I turned the living room in to a sort off bed room living room type thing like you have if staying with parents
And what was ment to be the bed room I turned in in to a mini gym
So just when I feel like it |

Early morning for me - at bootcamp at 6.30 in the morning and then can have breakfast and be ready for work - feels like I’ve achieved something before I start work.
Also allows me to do extra sessions in an evening if I want but no problem if I don’t.

I work a variety of shifts so it’s what fits in best with my day. I enjoy them both for different reasons though, sometimes getting in a session before work can get me so charged up for the day, whilst an evening trip can be the perfect end to a day |

I work shifts. So 9ish in the morning is my preferred time, but can go as early as 5 am to try and fit it in. I struggle to motivate myself to get there after 5 in the evening. So 3 or 4 pm is usually the latest, but it all depends on my working pattern.

I'm an early morning sort of guy. My gym opens at 6.30 am in the week and 8.00 am at weekends, I prefer bobbing in before work, although have been known to also go in from time to time when coming home from work. |
