Was lucky enough to have arranged and met up with someone for my first ever meeting.
4 hours later after drinks and fun.
We went our separate ways.
But then I was surprised to find out I'd been blocked from contacting them..
Anyone else experienced anything like this..?

Ever thought you wasn’t exactly what they wanted? Paired with not A not a lot of care in explaining it or why to you or B suffers with some form of anxiety and could bare the thought of bringing it up |

I usually only see someone once, but it's not a fixed rule, I'm greedy and like variety lol |

Once would still be better than not at all. |

Yeah it's very cold and shitty. It's happened to me a couple of times but that's how some folk role?
Don't stew on it for too long and take it personally.
If its not meant to be, it's not meant to be. |

Maybe the ‘fun’ wasn’t felt both ways |

A couple of times people have left the site after we've met. Sometimes they'll rejoin and contact us to meet again.
You can't control how other people do things and quite often they find it easier to block or leave than to explain that they don't want to meet again.

In your experience can you sometimes tell that people are wanting to dip their toes in but either aren’t ready to or it’s just not for them? |

Yes, we often can. Not always though |

It's come as a shock to you clearly.
Things like this do happen in swinging, I think most of us have experienced the sting of rejection. We met a guy twice socially, exchanged a few messages, agreed a scenario that we were all keen to play out (or so we thought) and arranged a date and time to meet. We agreed that he'd send his address nearer the time. He just stopped responding. You do wonder what you did or said but ultimately all you can do is chalk it up to experience. |
