Sure. I don't know that that's what the OP is about though. It could be anything |

"Hopefully she’ll be left alone now to recover
Let’s hope so x
She won't the feeding frenzy will already be underway in the guise of concern. I hope she can be shielded as far as possible "
I thought the way she was styled for her statement was quite artful - the lack of makeup making her look tired and unwell (not that there was anything at all wrong with how she looked - just a change from "normal").
As you say, I don't think it'll work as a way to keep the vultures away, but I suppose they've got to try. |

With a cracking view |
Felt like the statement was made to keep the vultures of the press and social media at the door.
Still, it felt like the BBC were making out that she'd died.
Feel bad enough for the lass with being diagnosed with cancer, can't she be left to get on with it just like her father-in-law appears to have been ? |

To be honest I don’t think we would have heard or they would have produced the video at this stage if it was not for the picture and people trying to get into the hospital records…
Do this is an attempt at them trying to control the story… again
After the way we all found out and dealt with the king having cancer, I think they could have told the public earlier, we all took in the information and moved on…. The same would have happened for Kate
Now that we know, I hope that she has a speedy recovery…. In this case just don’t use it to backlash the press! |

Yes, it is an OMG moment. I remember very clearly the oncologist coming into the room and saying 'you've got cancer'. It was probably the worst moment of my life.
Everyone with that diagnosis needs support, love and care however treatable it is. |
