I've done a few marathons and ultras. Currently trying to get back to it after some knee problems.
Before anyone starts, there is zero evidence that running is bad for your knees |

Runner here. Been lucky enough to run the London Marathon 3 times and it was the best running experience I’ve ever had!! Dialled my distances down due to various reasons but am a regular parkrun tourist. Nice to see different courses etc. 27 or so at the moment and 7 parkruns away from 250 |

Used to do half marathons, then stopped at the start of lockdown and took a while to get back into it. Getting back to it now, doing my first parkrun since 2022 tomorrow. I’m one of the Run Directors at my local parkrun, so I help organise and run them, so I’m still involved with the local running community even when I want running myself |
