Why do we have to feel better? Can’t we just be where we are? Happy people accept that winter comes before the spring. If you’re not feeling top drawer today OP that’s cool. Just sit with your mood and energy. Let it be what it is. |

Thank you, much appreciated and under the duvet as we speak. I tried the go out to shops and coffee and the like but was eager to get back and just do that. It will pass, just not my thing to usually but a lot on and taking a bit of a toll I suppose. |
