Just seen the news footage of the lunatic driver ramming the motorcyclist into a bridge sending the rider flying over the bridge and the driver in the process crashes headfirst into another car.
Amazingly the driver got only 4 years after what was clearly attempted murder isn't it about time the law started treating road rage incidents with more severe sentences? |

According to Steven Pinker, ' Better Angels of our Nature' The world is a much less violent place than it used to be but i'm rallying to JoolsnBrains shout cos ...... just WTF is wrong with people to do something like that?
Plus we all get to hear about it now. It affect the psyche of so many people. |

I agree it's an absolutely horrific crime, Granny. I also don't think we can conclude that "the world is heading to oblivion" on the back of it. I'm sitting firmly on a fence there.

I agree some kind of murder or manslaughter type charge would not have been out of place. I had to watch the clip on the bbc website multiple times to work out what had happened. As far I could tell he rammed the bike over the edge and then crashed straight into an oncoming car - that’s mental. |

My late nan told me her half cousin murdered he's wife who worked at a local working men's club. Her husband when d*unk got jealous and would accuse her of flirting with the men. He got a paltry 7 years for her murder. |
