It's definitely not the answer but I absolutely understand the frustration. I struggle to get my daughters medication sorted each month, and struggle to get the appointments we need. It's a system that doesn't seem to be working at least for us. |

Snap, my oldest is now almost 14 and been taken off my online account.....but they've yet to give her her own set up, which means reordering meds each month is a nightmare as I can no longer do it online and have to try and get in on my rare weekdays off to do a paper repeat request
