I believe people do know when they're hot right? Or at least fairly good looking. Great shape, good face, all that good stuff. Able to hook up with people who are generally viewed as 'hot'
So were you that when younger?

No I wasn't. I didn't really look after myself and it showed - studying and partying hard was not my friend. I was a size 26, my hair was awful and my skin was really dull. Awful dark circles.
In case you've not picked up on the motif - I looked pretty darn awful.  |

Yes I was....I was seriously gym fit ....but the thing is I didn't realise how 'hot' I actually was at the time....but some have told me that was the beauty of it....the fact I was unaware of how 'hot' & super fit I was at the time....I knew I was physically healthily fit ....but unaware of how good I looked back then....it's only now when I look back at pics I realise it. |

No. I've never been hot. I was a bit slimmer though and I still thought I was fat.
Late 20s I was probably better, newly divorced and discovering lots of new things but too exhausted and no time as I had two tiny humans to look after. Did finally get to the illusive size 12..sadly it didn't last!
I think I probably look my best now, not where I'd like to be weight wise but much more aware of my own style.

Oh I definitely peaked a decade ago when I didn't have to worry about my hairline and I had 12% body fat. That was only physically, though, because emotionally I was a bit of a dick, so you get a much more rounded person now. Unfortunately that's literal, too |

I’m definitely hotter in my early 30’s, was good looking in my 20’s but didn’t have the same confidence and self acceptance I have now. Put about 100kg’s on my back squat too lol  |

Omg I had that too....women who were in a couple acting all weird if I was in their company or sitting near them when I was out....omg.... I'd get daggers of looks from these women & bad vibes....like as if I was gonna take their man or something....I witnessed a major row one night too...a woman was accusing her man of constantly looking at me & she was kicking him & everything & roaring like a freak  The poor man omg....it was crazy |

I was thinner. My boobs were more pert. But I was still spotty and had less confidence than I do today. Plus I've had some pretty awful hair cuts over the years. If men found me attractive I never found out about it. |

How would we know ?
Hot is in the eye of the beholder. So if they are looking for mid 20's you then you were hot.
I was either pregnant or a mum so ....... probably not at my best mood wise or looks wise...

Nah, I was cool when I was in my 20s. 
Not sexy. But definitely cooler. Skinny little punk rock kid who stayed out all night dancing and thought he could change the world.
I’m sexier now, in my 40s. And happier, because I’ve realised I really can change *bits* of the world. Just not the whole thing. |

Yep! You would be introduced to someone or simply stand/sit near them and then suddenly there was a girlfriend hanging off their neck, giving you dirty looks, watching your every move and trying to climb all over them and kiss them mid-conversation, all whilst giving you daggers...
As someone who was a lot more reserved and shy in those days, I found it bizarre! x |

Nope, was completely unaware of how attracrive I was (read: with an asshole who destroyed my confidence).
Assumed the attention and compliments I got were people making fun of me...
Now I can look back at the few pictures I ever allowed to be taken of me and well, they weren't making fun of me.

Oh, that’s so very relatable. Just swap ‘asshole’ for ‘ex-wife’. When I left her in my mid-30s I was utterly amazed to find that apparently women fancied me. Hot, smart, sexy ones too! |

I was a “hot mess” in my early twenties. Too much of everything. Partying, drinking, men, danger.
I’m so glad I fell pregnant - I don’t think anything else would have stopped me self destructing.
Subjectively - I’m hotter now than I’ve ever been. In so much as - I have more self confidence and I’m very aware of who I am. Some will agree, some won’t - and I am very very ok with that. |

No I don't think I was... to this day I still don't think I am.. even though I'm the slimmest I've been since my teens and I am more confident in myself.
I just don't see it, but I get alot of compliments etc.
Doing the job I do, I just blend in to the lads, especially as my interests are generally male orientated.. ie motorbikes, cars and engineering |

Had a decent haircut at 21 (I was a long haired 'headbanger' up to then without realising it was not the look to have at that time). The haircut made all the difference according to others. I am happier with the look I have at the moment though. |

Maybe I shouldn’t be saying this but I’m late 20s and never had sex, so I wish I could’ve slept with the people I viewed at hot.

I probably was, looking back at the amount of attention I got when out and about, on public transport, waiting at the bus stop, pubs and clubs that sort of thing. But I think everyone got that sort of attention at that age because people in their twenties are usually attractive and on the lookout for encounters with others |

I... Don't know, to be honest. I think I've improved with age, I'm furrier, sturdier, and more generally stylish than I used to be. In my early 20s I was skinny and pale and badly dressed and certainly didn't think it was remotely attractive. But objectively I suppose I wasn't short of attention back then, I don't get women flirting or staring like I used to. But then, I used to work in pubs back then and I don't now, so I'm in a completely different environment day-to-day. So, all the data is corrupted. I can't make an accurate analysis. |
