Social meets are great.
I absolutely love the locking eyes and that smile of recognition and the slightly awkward initial greeting- a hug? A kiss? Both?
Love, love socials. Especially those that are so good that lead to more…. |

This.
I've been really lucky to meet some wonderful people.
Even if it doesn't lead to more it's always fun |

Mostly visit to Manchester, spent wonderful day, walking round, calories, coffee, shops, bars, et cetera.
Someone took me to a sculpture Trail
There’s some really nice people on here, and I’ve been extremely lucky to bump into them. |

Hmmmmm. I went to a gorgeous quiet pub recently near kings X.
I also have been to a nice cocktail bar this year in Islington.
A great pub near Waterloo for a group social.
I went to Birmingham recently for a social meet and we went to a library and did arts and crafts.
I’ve been to some lovely spoons as well haha.
I’ve had some great times going to socials social 1-1 meets |

Bitter & sweet. Both
I have been stood up several times when coincidently I make clear it's going to be just a social, nothing more.
Socials could be time-consuming filters but they are worth the effort when they work well. |

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of light, it was the season of darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair.
Socials, man. Gotta love ’em.
Like anything else on Fab, you can hit it off and have a whirlwind of a night laughing and drinking together. Talking about Fab and filth and fun times. Or … you can not hit it off. Even more awkward, *one* of you can think it’s going well while the other, erm, doesn’t. |

I can’t read this quote without hearing Greg Davies doing it in his impression of Chris Eubank!!
But I agree with the socials comments.
I’ve had some bad ones, some awkward ones, some surprising ones and some truly wonderful ones. |

Love a social meet. No pressure no pretense and met a couple of lovely people.
One lady in particular is an absolute angel and a lady to boot, but I've heard she has a naughty streak in her too.
I believe I could take her anywhere and she'd be the centre of attention.
More importantly, we'd be welcome back too.. |

Been here 10 years.. In that time.
Great meets for sexy moments with same people.
I go with that as negatives is not fab.
Is it getting foggy or do I need glasses. There is a mist forming on Road to Rememberance |

Not had to many.
Our very first ended in us not getting the mutual vibe with the couple and politely say no as F felt uncomfortable and if one didnt want it we dont play.
They blocked us before we even got home - no idea why as they wee annexperinced couple who were "no pressure".
Though we dkntbthink ot was a loss. We know our limits snd will back eachothr up and know a few more warning signs from knotch collectors. |
