Check in.
Or check your health out.
Do not put off what you can do today not tomorrow.
I am terrible at times. Diet tomorrow syndrome. I believe in nipping health in the bud. Even if it is for the all clear.
I look at my issue, assess the severity and find a remedy.
Anyone else having trouble this week? If in doubt call a doctor out.
Wellbeing and wellness go hand in hand.
