Anyone have any experience renting their playroom?
Clearly mine is getting no action at the moment and it seems a crime to waste it...
What are the pitfalls? Cleanup? Damage?
Where would I even advertise it as an option??
Are there legal repercussions someone needs to take into account?
Any input most appreciated

That's all I did, decided one day I wanted one, so converted the spare bedroom. It's really a fun project "
Sounds easy doesn't it?
Of course there's factors like money. Ability. Time and space to consider. If you lack these, it's bot so easy is it? |
