"??"
Well, just like you would like the best deal and not settle for less, women too like to get the best deal.
So if you have decent amount of cash to compensate for your advanced age, age won’t be a problem. |

Money is not the only compensating factor.
Wit, talent, personality, good looks, extra large ahem, celebrity status could work too in your favour. |

Yes it is, I’ve always been attracted to older men. Granted it’s just a fab meet and I have my older handsome hubs now so I don’t mind going a bit younger. But 18-early 20’s still doesn’t do it for me |

Yes, I pick up all my Men in the middle of Lidls, always a good deal on Men, better than Tesco. It does pay to shop about |

That’s just total rubbish. Women on fab in general have no interest in a guys money, if anything it’s even a turn off for some. There’s gold diggers of course but very small minority.
Outside of fab I do really well in the 20-40 age range , on fab slightly older say 30-50, it’s different type of conversations. younger women on fab tend to more insecure & mentally unstable than younger women in real life. Younger women I mean in real life have a different view of sexual liberation to younger women on fab |

Yes and no.
If I was specifically looking in the hope of finding a profile that I like, I put in an age bracket, so yes, it would be important.
But it’s very easy to get talking to someone that you do not know their age and immediately you start to like them, and then age isn’t so important anymore. |

It did. Women, no but men, yes. I thought I was exclusively attracted to men significantly older (10+) than me and so wouldn't even begin to pay attention to those anywhere near my age. Combination of things - presumed emotional maturity and intelligence, level of honesty, confidence etc.
And then I found that age doesn't mean that at all. And men closer to/around my own age can have those qualities I value and be really, really fucking hot. So, now it doesn't (within reason). |

Ah, that's lovely! My first voyage was someone a few years older. Not minimum ten. It was well and truly blown out of the water by a delightful man even closer to my age. x |

I prefer men older than me or at least close to my age, regardless of how much money they have. It’s this sort of attitude that spoils Fab for me. |

How you know they are who they say they are on a profile in age circumstance.
I trust nothing and on one on here with anything.
Age.. Is a number for some. I prefer mature people. Over 45. |

"Yes, it's the very first thing I look at in a profile.
Wow really? It's probably the last thing I look at, if at all!! "
Yes really. My lower age filters are not negotiable and I will always keep a 10 year gap between my eldest child's age and anyone I meet on here.
If I look at a profile and they are below those filters I will click out of it without looking at pics or reading their bio.
Age is actually one of the few hard limits I have on here. |

I’d be more picky about age than J but would also depend on how well someone has aged. There’s a lot older couples who have taken far more care of themselves and look a lot fitter and healthier than the younger generations |

Age does matter but sometimes there are more important factors. For us generally fitness, body shape. Would rather be with someone in their 50s who is fit than an obese 40 year old.
Having said that we don’t meet anyone younger than 35. |

Yes totally... I would be apprehensive meeting anyone younger than me as my body is wearing its age... The wider the gap, the higher the anxiety
... If we both wore paper bags with eye + breathing holes cut out that would be ok
Ooooo new kink unlocked |

I think age matters to most or do you mean as long as they are in your age range, does it matter?
C prefers her men younger for sure - she missed out on sleeping with late 30 to mid 40’s gents when she was married and has found thats her sweet spot. Ladies, we don’t mind if they are younger or older.

Yes but my body looks older than it is, so it would even out? |

It matters a fair bit to us, but at the same time we have played with people in clubs that are older than we would choose on fab in the moment that we’ve clicked with and have gone on to have great friendships with |

So being on fab is a bench mark of sexual liberation? And a hive for insecurities and higher degrees of mental instability in the younger age group range, that those who are not on fab don't possess, sorry but absolute tosh.....

Yes but also no, when I was younger I was only interested in people my age, as I've gotten older that's slowly changed and I've realised I've possibly missed out because I was so strict in my age policy, doesn't mean it's a free-for-all, I'm still fussy but I'm more open than I was |

"To borrow what someone else said here recently.
If age is really just a number why are there so many threads whinging about people using old pics or not having their correct age on their profile? "
So many women here have age restricting filters. Most of comments here on the post are men replying to OP who is a guy. |

Yes. I don't find many men in my age group sexually attractive. That doesn't mean I like younger men.....
It means men are men and if they are fanciable they are fanciable but not many of my age are..... to me. |

"Kind of, I just find younger men not that attractive and feel kinda icky being with them. Older men are more my jam these days."
“More my jam these days”
Never heard that line before, but definitely sounds nice.
Checked your profile out.
Best opening profile line I read.
“Boom boom boom boom I want you in my room.” One of my favourite songs. |

No. There are other factors that are more important... so age range is consenting adult.
Although the messages I get tend to be 18 - 26 with a gap, starting again 40+ on here.
Elsewhere its the opposite, I get messages from 30 - 40 ... so idk.. |

Sex on Fabswingers - no
Soulmate - yes (ideally similar age, interests, etc.)
Bottom line is it'd be very much dependent on chemistry (making age concern irrelevant).

Yes. I couldn't date someone younger than me as it just feels weird and I couldn't go for guys over 28 as I don't want to steal them away from the bingo halls. Age is probably the first thing I look at. |

It depends, when looking at profiles on fab, I stick with my age preferences
At socials though, it can be a different story as it's not the first thing I ask somebody and if we connect, well that may change things!! |

No, not really. Although I don't think I've met anyone sexually on Fab that has been younger than me and I've tended to go for older women just because they're who I've fancied or had the best conversations with. It's about the person for me and not the age |

"Yes that's why people have the preferences I'm gutted I hit 41 in January and it's took me out so many people's age range by a year haha "
51 in January there and I’m now out of so many limits, but hey ho. |

Not a big issue for me - but im the one older than the sun… women seem to have written me off at my age - unaware that im a shagtastic beast still… their loss… once in a while one comes along and thinks ohhhhh whats the harm he’ll probably be asleep on cocoa by the time I get his slippers off… then they end up staggering home like bambi on ice skates saying.. well that was unexpected!! |
