It's nice to look out for other folk. I got an essay style message if someone once saying they were really low, and lots of stuff. I of course replied, added in lots of understanding, and suggested who they could contact services wise for support... I got a message back saying 'fuck you', and they blocked me  |

Could be. I spent half the night once worried about someone who was suicidal and talking to him. Turned out he just wanted to get in my knickers and I didn’t see it. I was fuming.
Some do it for attention seeking, some are genuine I’m sure. It’s a difficult one. |

You can only be responsible for yourself OP. It's great that you have concerns about another user but if they have restricted things, then that's on them. Keep your boundaries, including limiting how much concern you have. |
