We are all unique and that's kinda the beauty of the site surely. No one expects anyone to be "the same" as anyone else.
It's down to individuals to make their own choices.
Generally it's not worth worrying about what others do, it doesn't change any of the outcomes.

I told a friend about me being in the lifestyle and one day they rang me up and said he’d been asked by a guy in the pub if he’d sleep with his wife and wondered what he should do?
My friend had a partner and when I pointed that out to him, he said ‘well you do it’ 
I told him he was an idiot - it’s not the same as we both knew and talked things through - there was nothing underhand, no cheating!
Some people just don’t get it.
