I'm currently doing an arm workout in my garage whilst listening to a Paradox club mix from 2001.

What's your go to workout mix?

I need a bit of Five Finger Death Punch to get the blood pumping needed to get those last few reps out…

Under and Over it…

It varies. Rap classics one day, 80s to 00s metal the next. Sometimes a mix

I also like synthwave and shredwave as background noise.

to be honest I am just doing test I wouldn't really call it a cycle as I am never going to come off but put it up to max levels so I am basically a bull walking

I would not worry about cycling creatine, 5g a day every day is ok, get kidney checks and bloods done, which you should be as a human being anyway

Anyone tried blood flow bands?

I use them for arms and Hypertrophy on legs.

You strap them around arms ( kinda look like the bands the Ultimate Warrior wore)

The retrict blood flow and give incredible pump. I use them up to near my max working sets then take them off.

My playlist various from ACDC/ Foo's/ 80's /Eminem to a whole host of different tunes! If I like it I like it, that simple.

I've learnt not to listen to podcasts that makes me laugh,as had several situations of nearly coming of the treadmill or dropping weights
