Anyone tried blood flow bands?
I use them for arms and Hypertrophy on legs.
You strap them around arms ( kinda look like the bands the Ultimate Warrior wore)
The retrict blood flow and give incredible pump. I use them up to near my max working sets then take them off. |

My playlist various from ACDC/ Foo's/ 80's /Eminem to a whole host of different tunes! If I like it I like it, that simple.
I've learnt not to listen to podcasts that makes me laugh,as had several situations of nearly coming of the treadmill or dropping weights |
