What are your friday night plans?

"Hello everyone. I am relaxing and soon I will go out for a walk, who will get naughty tonight? I will watch a movie and I have the haribos ready  "
I can’t decide whether to work late and then go on a date or just crash on the sofa and drink brandy and read. I’m pretty exhausted but have the urge to go out too |

We do an hour a day for the dog app, I usually try for 10km though. On target for the 70 weekly, so I don’t have to worry about getting extra klicks in."
That is a good distance to walk and with the dog too  |

Breast. I'm going to pan fry then oven finish. Gonna do myself some roast potatoes and some cauliflower |

I was just thinking about jus and sauces... I can't decide weather to make a classic (but spicy) orange sauce, or a red wine reduction. |
