I am feeling slightly better. Been housebound all week due to crippling anxiety and panic attacks. But today I am going to get my nails done, haha!

The vibes are pretty good tbf. Spent the evening with friends and have other things to look forward to coming soon so overall, things aren't bad  |

The vibes here are... well it's a bloody jumble. Sadness about a friend. Excited about various things next week/weekend. Slightly stressed when I look at emails and I've got to send something off before tomorrow. It's very much all the vibes. At once.  |

Sorry to anyone having a tough time. Just remember better times will always follow.
I'm not sure how I feel right now , lots of contemplation, someone has actually really upset me but equally I'm frustrated I've let them and it keeps hitting me.
However also lots of reasons to smile too.
