I use Trivago quite a lot

You can get some decent rates and more importantly you can see the hotel you will be staying at rather than taking pot luck.

I also use Tripadvisor to help me cross reference the hotels and tend to go for those with the highest ratings within my budget.

It might take a little longer, but I have rarely been disappointed by the hotels I have chosen to stay at.

thanks ive been using tripadvisor. i stayed at the novotel in worsley few weeks ago and got it for 39. they wanted 63 this time so i was waiting and hoping it would go down but its gone up to 71 now and i cant afford that. think i may have to go further afield and pay more in a taxi to club.

I use booking.com

You can get double rooms from as low as £25 per night.

yep hotels.com comes up through trip advisor too. think the trouble is most decent hotels are nearer salford quays or the city centre

You will pay more because it is Easter weekend too as most travel companies will put their prices up to catch the additional demand.

Most reasonable hotels in that area are looking at £60-£70 for next sat night, but I have seen Ramada Salford Quays for £45 if that helps you. It would be a tenner or so in a taxi to/from Cupids tho.

That was on Trivago

Hope you find somewhere suitable

Laterooms.com is one of the best. You can get some of the best hotels for the cheapest prices. But you have to hurry. They go within the blink of an eye.
