Can't do squats or deadlifts because the discs in my lower back decide they want to argue and fuck off in different directions.. Bloody rugby..
I can leg sled press 400+kg x10, I dumbell press the 48kgs regularly but can't bench as my shoulder acts the same way as my discs.. Oh and I can walk 47 miles (100,000 steps) in one go in the sameday.
So if we all run out of petrol when the zombies come I'll be just fine. |

Went to the gym first time ever at hotel we staying at yesterday morning! Worth a go made couple of good tick toks ! Did half hour on tread Mill and same on the bike ! But not for me! sooner go for a swim in the pool! X |
