Macaroni Cheese... But not just Macaroni with Cheese.
This is home-made with Bacon and Mushrooms in a thick creamy Cheese Sauce, made with Dijon Mustard and Grated Nutmeg. Topped with crunchy Wholewheat Breadcrumbs mixed with Dried Herbs and Grated Parmesan.
I might just have that with some comforting jumbo Fish Fingers for a bit of surf-n-turf vibe... |

"Not a clue, any suggestions welcome.
You can have a slice of my frittata and salad. Always make them to big. One pan is too small, the other massive "
Frittata sounds banging, you can keep the salad. |

Camberley occasionally doncaster |
I pushed the boat out this evening.
Starter was some lovely Shetland scallops pan fried in a ginger and lime buerre noisette on a bed of rocket, spring onion and birdseye chilli salad with crispy chorizo croutons.
Main course was salmon in a rub of smoked green jalapeño and Berbere spice mix with broccoli and pelmeni (pork stuffed dumplings) with a butter soft onion topping. |

"I made prawn and vegetable paella tonight. Saved a portion for another day."
Sounds lovely. Enjoy. I like a nice paella but have not made it forva while. I use all the original incredients, including rabbit which is not as easy to get sometimes |
