Sadly, there are a lot of people (not just here, but fucking everywhere!) who don't like being told no and will try to manipulate or abuse the other person, simply because they aren't what they're looking for.
Not just preferences of the type of person, but what type of situation or relationship they want.

I don't feel the need to state my preferences on my profile because
a.) They're very fluid
b.) If I'm attracted to or interested in someone I'm capable of letting them know, on or offline
And
c.) If someone contacts me and for whatever reason I'm not interested in engaging with them I'll let them know.
There's really no need to have lists on profiles unless all you're interested in is someone's physique or attributes as opposed to the whole 'them' as a person. |
