How often should one change there profile photo or at least add on a fresh upto date one on average, Just asking as I notice a lot on here still use pics that are multiple years old.

As often as you like to I guess. Until you find a very successful one the. Maybe stick with that a while.
I change mine fairly frequently as I get bored of them. |

Mine was only taken a few weeks ago, I tend to update it every few weeks or to fit in with random forum posts.
I don't like using older ones I've pilled on the weight in the past year so I keep the chunky ones

There's no real formula, but occasionally we will take a highly upfabbed picture to use as the new profile, that way technically it's already a popular one.
Other times we change for a specific theme like Hallowen or Christmas. |

I used to change mine often, but always went back to the same one eventually.
I now choose not to have one.
I don't think it's anyone else's business how often they are changed, or how old they are. As long as the person who has that profile is happy with it  |
