Used to be an international trainer in it.for evidence you needed to look at the work of Professor Dr Milton Erickson, who has thousands of medically documented and verified proven cases.
Don’t think stage hyp/trance shows have help this field of noncognitive counselling. |

Used it to stop smoking and it worked well, but I did go on holiday a month or so after so with the change of scenery that might have helped too. It worked for years until a Christmas party where I lapsed and started back up

I’ve tried it a few times for more general stuff (feel less anxious for eg) and sometimes the results were incredible but short lasting.

Body went through withdrawal but I didn't feel it. No grumps or anything.
