Fluke is one of my favourite books of all time. Very sad. I hope he left a manuscript to be published as a farewell. RIP.

Way better than Stephen King in my opinion, James you will always be a my favourite author, fantastic books, still as good to read now as when i was in my teens, RIP you Legend!

Such a shame, his mastery of the written word was second to none. I remember many years ago by chance picking up The Rats and was absolutely captivated from start to finish. Have since read pretty much everything he has written. Will be sadly missed. Xx
