And still the stairs are a challenge!

New to the gym had my first PT on Thursday.

It’s not painful just sore!

I assume it gets easier the more you do?

Thanks just an odd feeling for a newbie. It feels like it should be pain when I know it’s not pain, it’s a good soreness.

A really hot bath as hot as you can stand and movement to get some blood through the sore muscles helps mate

If I miss the gym for a week I will get sore after leg day but I will train them again 3 days later and while uncomfortable the soreness will be gone.

You’ll survive I joined the gym 2 months ago and weight trained both upper and lower body the pain was bearable.

A hot bath with Epsom salts works a treat.
