Fiday night, are you cooking, ordering in or popping over to the chippy? What are you having? I am doing chinese stir fry as not haf one for ages with some humungous prawns and then some profiteroles for after.

Friday night.. reverse seared ribeye with a dry rub of wild garlic sea salt, black pepper cardamon and pomegranate. Served with a whisky and confit garlic bone marrow butter pan sauce.

Sides of garlic and rosemary roast new potatoes, chestnut mushrooms and griddled asparagus.

I like a good egg fried rice. The stuff you used to get in the chinese takeaway in the old days with peas and the heavy taste of sesame oil
