Have you tried other things first?
Testosterone boosters that have Maca Root in them are good, more sleep, less booze, lifting weights and exercising.
I've used a few online that are really good, but the better ones aren't CHEAP. That said, they really made a difference.
I'm it sure how they are on the NHS.

I am on TRT. Not because I want some extra gains in the gym but because I have genuinely low testosterone.
TRT is not a simple subject and is something that should be discussed with your endocrinologist.
I am happy to help where I can. |

I agree, it's not all about the gym. Most men over 40 have low T, and having more gives massive benefits in overall health, mood, sleep, energy levels, labido too etc. |

I’m a pt and get asked a lot where to get trt main bit of advice would be to get your blood tested which is free and if test is low go to a doctor for possible prescriptions numan are also good for this stuff |

Get your bloods done at the doctors, I paid to have them done privately and my doctor said he wouldn’t prescribe anything from a private test.
Turns out my test levels were bang on mid range and he wouldn’t prescribe anything.
Don’t waste money with test boosters that you buy over the counter. |

"anyone give experience or advice on Testosterone replacement therapy big in the states but not easy here anyone share their experience or views"
Read up on the side effects too, there are some contraindications for people with CVD. Side effects can also include depression, irritability, and increased aggression levels. |

"Changed my life for the better. If you have any questions DM me. "
Mine too mate, even the good boosters made a big difference.
The NHS as good as they are, and as grateful as I am for them, aren't very good with things like this unless you're right at the bottom of the scale.
Most guys have fairly low T from 40 onwards in comparison to what they once had, so any increase really does make a difference. |

So you can do trt easily and legally. You can get a test done, find out your levels of test. If your low a doctor can prescribe. You can try the NHS and they may help but you have to be super low. I am on trt, but for a number of reasons I like to keep my test levels high, this is not for everyone and not what a health doctor would suggest. I have a prescription for testosterone that lets me keep it high. I can get medication from the pharmacy but choose to buy it when abroad. I take 200mg of test a week and probably will do forever. I am very healthy I keep my diet good, I workout and the test helps with that. I am constantly horny in a good way. My bone density has never been better. I check my blood regularly and adjust but I am purposely keeping it high. |

Been on “TRT” for ten years now, I use the term TRT lightly as I use about double the prescribed TRT dose so not technically TRT but not enough to be a steroid cycle
It gave me my life back being honest energy, mood, sex drive everything improved massively
TRT is still in the dark ages here though many doctors are unwilling to prescribe, I tested low twice but was refused as second test was marginally higher so went self administered route
I pay £17 for a bottle of testosterone and it lasts ten weeks so it’s pennies, at true TRT dose it would last 20-30 weeks so it’s a small investment for a massive increase in life quality |

I can't get anything on the NHS, as I'm literally at the lowest score in their range, but still in their range.
I can't afford private, so I have to live with it. It's the tiredness and brain fuzz that's the worst bit. |

Either find trusted source online or by local (gyms always have a supplier in)
As kinkyguy says online bodybuilding forums will usually discuss trusted sources
The needles and syringes can be got freely at local needle exchange but I prefer to just buy online (search shd medical)
Only real risk is getting bunk gear or source getting busted (steroid use is legal but strangely selling them is not)
A little bit reading up can find up how to self administer trt and greatly increase quality of life, honestly life is too short to go through it with low testosterone
Just need bloodwork regular to keep an eye on things as like anything there is risks, main one being it can thicken blood |

I've been convinced my t levels are low for a number of years, (standard symptoms) but have been tested by Dr and he's just said yeah they're OK so never got anywhere with it..
When I've researched private t therapy it seems a hell of a price!!!
Surprise to read above it's £17 though although I'd never approach my gym owner about it as I'd worry he thought I assumed he dealt in roids lol |

It’s up to £19 now mate I just checked with my source, it’s ridiculously cheap though private clinics must be raking it in with what they charge although you usually get the full works off them hcg and sometimes even hgh
I laugh when I hear of people at the gym spending hundreds a month on supplements, if only they knew how cheap testosterone is and unlike the supplements it actually works haha |

A doctor tested you, confirmed that your testosterone levels are normal, but you are still seeking a cure for low testosterone levels? |

I think the test ranges are so wide, that many men with symptoms are dismissed readily and struggle. |

But that's based on evidence, right. They're not being dismissed, they're being told that low testosterone isn't the cause of their symptoms (because they don't have low testosterone). It would be like consistently insisting that your problem is caused by a lack of cake while someone is pointing out the big cake you're holding.
The reason so many men are seeking testosterone is because there was a big marketing campaign pushing it ~10 years ago, asking people whether or not they had symptoms that are common and unexplained, and implying that TRT would help - because they wanted to sell more TRT.
Go get a kit from superdrug, provide a sample and send it off, if you don't trust your doctor. |

A massive issue is that generally guys only get tested when they feel like there’s an issue.
Take for example if in my early 30’s my test levels are high 20’s. Early 40’s I show signs of low test, go to doctors and I'm showing 15/16.
Now technically I’m mid range, however I’m low levels compared to earlier years. I just can’t tell. |

Genuinly all my depression low as self worth etc went within a week. I am sure it's not an elixer. Plus marketers tend to market boosters not actually testosterone I don't take boosters I jab pure methylated test |

Just because a test shows you're in range, doesn't mean it's optimal. It's the same with any deficiency. |

Request a blood test from your GP and see what they say. The NHS may only offer treatment if testosterone levels are below 6-7nmol/l, however, private clinics can usually consider patients as long as levels are below 12-15nmol/l. You will need two low results but you should be able to use your low test result from your GP to skip one of the tests that would be required with a private clinic. High alcohol intake and raised BMI can have a negative impact on testosterone levels, so try to keep both of these within recommended limits. |
