I love fudge, but cant find a place in Devon that makes good stuff, best place I know is Lymington... their rum and raisin is to die for.

Several award winning fudge makers based in Devon....they just don't retail it in Devon as it's far better to supply it to retailers with far better and more lucrative markets.

It does mean crossing the border but there are two good fudge shops in Lyme Regis.
I don't like a gritty mouth-feel to my fudge. |
