If you eat a relatively healthy diet then no I don't think they are necessary. But a boost of Vit C now and again doesn't hurt at this time of year when the colds etc are about......... xxxxxx |

If you eat a balanced diet then vitamin supplements are not needed. BUT other supplements are ..... you can still be low in elements such as iron . zinc.....etc .... There are enzymes present in foods that we only get from foreign climes ..... I know a nibble of coconut each day provides you with sommat you can't get anywhere else .....as does a knob of butter.... there's tons of non vitamin things we need....... So ....that's NIBBLE, NUTS and KNOB in on supposed serious thread...... Oh yeah .....don't forget a TIT of royal jelly..... mind you ..Royals are enormous tits..... |

I guess it would depend on whether or not you are deficient in any of the vitamins or recovering from an illness. |
