If I feel the need for a little positivity in my life I try to appreciate all the small things that make it good.
I think positivity is a good thing, in small doses. There are times it's not appropriate and I honestly don't believe that suffering makes anybody a better person. |

Sounds like biblical pish to me.
Better to seek forgiveness than ask permission. Not exactly good vibe but I have lived with that all my life and it's very rarely let me down. |

I use the cup half full rather than half empty one a lot... Both when dealing with negativity from others and when trying to make the best of a bad situation as there are invariably some positives I can take with me |
