"No, really. Does anyone miss Lockdown or any aspects of Lockdown?" Our village was so quiet and devoid of traffic. Just birdsong, and the sounds of people occasionally. You could walk down the road without cars roaring past. It was actually very peaceful. I miss that.

"No, really. Does anyone miss Lockdown or any aspects of Lockdown?" I have two admit I do in some ways, I manage to save up a bit and got a few jobs done when everything was allowed, I would never have thought of coming on a website like this before Covid, and I don’t know, it just seemed different. But that’s not taking away from anyone who lost people during this

So I ended up staying in the house for that. Then back to work

"The police actually at one point blocked people coming in and out asking drivers why they wanted to enter........ It made me think theyve overstepped their mark " What else would they do? No one was kicking about? I had a front line worker bollocks print out from work... Still stood 2hrs at Sainsbury's, behind Mr & Mr Jones doing fuck all at home

"Not in the slightest I hated the queues I hated the selfishness of ppl when they shopped, when they brought far more than needed, leaving nothing for others. I hated life going online" I hated the self importance of others shopping I hated the self importance of 'I've been told to stay at home' (we all did! But some couldn't) I hated the 'I'm so finically hard done by losing 85%, when they were essentially losing transport costs

I miss that." ^^^^^^^ I miss this too....I never saw so many foxes & stoats roaming freely & even on a road that was once very busy before lock down..nature was reclaiming & you could see & tell how the human race is slowly destroying earth once lock down was over
"No, really. Does anyone miss Lockdown or any aspects of Lockdown?" OP, I went into London (critical worker) mid lockdimown 1. Walked front King's Cross to Westminster and passed 2 other people on the way. It was amazing. St James's Park was just wildlife and no people, I sat down for 10 mins just to take it in.

"100 percent. I actually feel it brought alot of people together. It was a good break from society to recoup and help each other out. Makes you realise how much working all the time gets in the way of all that good will." That might be true to an extend for then. Since then people seem to have become more selfish than ever before, businesses have dropped the quality of products and services using that as an excuse years later and even ptofessional services that should be face to face are done on the cheap on a quick phone call. People wfh as a result of companies finding cheaper ways to operate have started to miss the benefits of working with others, not just the paractical benefits, but those to their own well being. There will always be some that these changes arr benefiting but hardly everyone imo.
