Menu Al la carte -saucy edition. -- suggestions

Following on from my a la carte dinner menu, I promised you a saucy edition later tonight. I am though not up on those things myself andof course have my personal bias.
I need your help to prepare the menu and make it available to everyone. To that end, can you please say you are in here and then message me a recommendation for one orvall of the courses, starter, main and desert. I will select some and forthe menu and will try to make it as inclusive as possible. Thank you |

I leave them at home, they are just for training now and i get them out every now and then for photos. In fact one of them is flat |
