Also growers have been steadily doing selective breeding (chortle) so that they have less of the usual bitter taste that people associate and hated about them. |

In afraid I can't comment on the exact aromatic bouquet they are aiming for. I learnt this from a Newsround piece I saw when I was fitting a kitchen just before Christmas that the had on in the background. |
