Had a discussion today at work regarding wearing a bra in bed, I'm rather big a 35G but can't stand wearing one in bed as I like to feel free, someone said if you don't wear one it makes your boobs saggy, old wives tale or true? |

I met a woman once in her mid thirties - quite 'chesty' - but still looked like a teenagers and were pointing north rather than south!
Her man had told her that tale and she'd worn a bra every night since - from about 16!
Could be pure chance - but they were very impressive !!! |

Never worn a bra in bed, still have boobers that don't point south. Lucky I guess but I prefer comfort, only really wore a bra during the day once I hit my fifties. |

"Having a decent size bosom, I sometimes wear a soft cup bra to bed, just before my period they can be agony, so keeping the girls under control is a necessity.
Nicky "
That's my problem they are so heavy but not found a decent soft cup I could wear in bed |

I've heard this, but have also heard that it can restrict the lymph nodes in your breasts which isn't healthy, but doing a bit of research a few years ago seemed to show that neither theory had any scientific merit. There's even an odd theory that wearing a bra to bed can make your boobs saggy!
Wear whatever feels comfortable |

I don't have the worry of big tits thankfully, but if I did I wouldn't wear a bra to bed cos I hate the feel of anything tight on me while sleeping. Its definitely commando for me in bed !! |

I have in the past removed the wires, you don't get the best shape, but it does the job
