With the abundance of fakes here and even in the top photos section I would like to know what you do to verify if someone is genuine!
Firstly I scour the pictures, see if they are taken on an up to date camera as everyone has a phone now so ok reason for fuzzy, blurry or old pictures.
Secondly, I check out the background and look for British fittings, furniture and carpets - so many supposedly American ladies on here with thick carpets (actual carpets )
Lastly, verifications! Read them all, if they are lines and lines of one lines they are fake. If a man meets on here it’s the usual spew and story, not a one liner! I saw someone with 100 plus the other day and all one liners from a one month period.
Probably giving the tricksters tips, but what do you do to filter the fakes?

"I’m seeing an increase in people messaging to say they are moving to my area in 6-8 weeks and looking to make connections to meet. The accounts are normally new and are unverified. "
Me too... repeated messages exactly the same, months or even years apart! All insisting on being sent a 'current' face pic, despite a not too old pic being in my gallery... nothing dodgy about that huh? |

I don't give tips in regard to this.
I've seen numerous people on various threads say they've never been caught out by a fake profile and yet so many of those same people respond to threads started by fake profiles and I don't just mean grenade throwing troll profiles.

They are normally accompanied by a catalogue style model picture as well. I find it odd the lengths that some people will go to |

I've never met one in a club or at an organised social event.
Do they exist? It's the internet. So it's likely.
Are they easy to spot and avoid? Yep.
Especially if you use the big head and not the little one. |

Depends on what kind off fakes are we taking if you mean profiles
There isn’t really a way there are some methods that can help but they not the be all end all
Like reverse image search can be useful
But in some cases it can’t be
Ie you can do a reverse search off some off mine and it will return porn sites and such
But that’s ither because I put them there or they been took from other places and put there
Don’t mean I am fake because it returns something
Yes obviously there are the classic stock images or the ones that return to a different country all to gether
If you mean fake clothes
Most fake clothes aren’t fake belave it or not
They emmm real just without the quality control
There is a good documentary on Nike fakes
They use cheap Chinese factory’s with quality control
When the Nike quality control gose home for the day
They back shift and night shift come in and start back up again and keep running
But quality control isn’t there so mistakes just get thrown in to them
So can I ask
If two Nike shoes were made in the same factory with the same fabrics and stuff
How is one “fake” and one real
The doc took a real Nike shoes and one that was “fake” around stores in the us that deal in Jordan’s
And ever store classes the one with faults as fake
But wasn’t they were made 3 hours apart in the same factory was funny to watch
How they were willing to pay thousands off dollers for one shose and not the other despite them both being perused in the same place |

From my experience, fake profiles red flags are:
1) No photo. Black silhouette.
2) I prefer photo verification, for safety.
The Fab company has that person’s image on record. Hence, these profile persons are less likely to do something illegal.
3) Published verification has no validity.
You can create numerous fake profiles with no photo verification in a few minutes. Then these fake verifications can give verifications to each other.
I have come across many fake profiles that have published verifications.
But I have not come across a fake profile with a photo verification.
When I say fake, I also include those who may be here to make some quick money, rather than genuine swinging or socialising.
For this reason, I prefer club meets. Best way to meet real people.
In terms of published verifications that I believe users look for, I find them hilarious.
Flattery/ego massage of the highest order, very little sincerity.
They usually begin with something along the lines….
Wow, when I saw her I could not believe my eyes…
Wow, I don’t have words to describe her …
Well, what can I say, I don’t know how to describe her…

It’s not about attracting when you are browsing profiles, it’s about dodging! I have been caught out a few times, or potentially as somethings just do t add up. For example; I have been speaking to an older leader for weeks and yesterday morning she referred to herself twice as ‘her’ mid sentence. I can only presume that it’s a man using his wives or fake pictures. |

reverse search and take the results in context. such as a 30 year old Indian comedy actress on the profile of an 18 year old from Liverpool is a slight red flag.
US electrical fittings or door knobs.
the profiles follow a template
they avoid questions
they ghost or block on being asked for a face picture |

I usually filter them out via a couple of different methods if they have loads of Verifications in a quick succession after only having a profile a few months that’s a big red flag, also poorly written profiles, also I find a lot of couple’s profiles are usually just a man posing as a couple |

Regarding point (2)….being photo verified doesn’t mean that they’ve sent a face picture to get verified, it can also be a full body naked picture without the face shown. I’ve watched a few documentaries about people getting harmed in some way when they’ve met up with someone they met online and the person who harmed them always had genuine pictures on their profile. So uploading a face picture to a dating or chat site doesn’t seem to stop people doing something illegal at all. If only it was that simple….and someone can get their profile photo verified by sending a picture of just their naked body without a face shown, and then upload a face picture of someone else’s face as a profile picture ….so a profile being photo verified doesn’t prove that the face pictures on that profile are real….
A profile can only be verified by an already verified profile, so creating 2 profiles won’t allow someone to fake verify themselves, they’ll just have 2 unverified profiles. If someone has a profile that’s been verified by someone else then it’s possible to create a fake profile and verify that and keep doing that so that you can verify the original profile multiple times. But that profile has already been verified by someone else so there’s no real need to get a load of fake verifications, and it would be absolutely obvious that they were all fake verifications because profile that’s set up just to make one verification will be so obviously fake. |

I don’t search through profiles or message anyone directly on here anymore because it’s an absolute waste of time. I only use this site for chatting in the forums, but it’s staggering and worrying how many obviously fake posts there are in the forums. Mostly it’s people posting to describe a past experience or situation that is clearly just something they’ve seen in a porn video and they’re fantasising about doing it for real and get turned on by saying to other people that they’ve done it for real.
It’s obvious when it’s just a horny man trying to get turned on and I guess they’re not really doing any harm, but what I find most surprising and unfathomable is how many people play along with it and pretend it’s real too and whenever I’ve questioned someone about their fake claims so many people will defend them and support them and instead criticise me for questioning them. It really feels sometimes as though there’s a large group of people who are posting fake posts and supporting each other for some reason….I just don’t know what that reason could be.
There used to be a lot of threads started by men saying they need to be circumcised and asking what to expect after the operation. They would get many replies from men claiming to be circumcised saying things that I knew weren’t true because I am actually circumcised. The most common reply was men saying that it made their bellends more sensitive and made sex more enjoyable but I know from personal experience that the complete opposite is true because when the bellend is exposed at all times rather than covered and protected it’s obviously going to become less sensitive. One man even posted to say that the operation wasn’t at all painful. I used to reply to them saying that they were completely wrong and explaining why they were wrong and not once did anyone else back me up. They would just keep starting the same threads and saying the same nonsense lies over and over again no matter how many times I told them they were wrong. To me that feels like more than just horny men trying to get turned on, it feels a lot more organised than that. The regularity of these threads and the pattern of similar replies every time, without anyone other than me questioning, was really strange and couldn’t have been a coincidence. And now, for some reason, no one ever seems to post about circumcisions anymore.
It’s got to the point now where all I do is question fake posts, looks for contradictions between what they post, what they’ve said in the past and what their profile says….just asking them innocent questions about their post to see how they react (because there are a few ways that someone will react when asked questions about a lie, and as soon as they start reacting in one of those ways it confirms to me that they’re fake). A lot of the time I can get them to say something that exposes them as fakes or I can point out why it’s obvious they’re fake and no one ever comments to agree with me or question the fakes themselves. I often get a few people supporting the fake posts and telling me I’m wrong….clearly there’s people working together but I don’t know why they do it and i don’t know why I’m the only person who ever questions them. |

Thank you for explaining. Points noted.
Never crossed my mind that an account can be photo verified without a face photo being verified.
I agree that a photo verification is not 100% proof that a person will not do something illegal.
But it definitely goes a long way in acting in making it safer.
I have seen the difference in clubs that are strict about saving proof of Id. If they know they can be eventually tracked down, they will think twice, unless they are d*unk etc.
It’s good to have this discussion and raise awareness. Like I said before, I meet only in a club. I do get invited to hotels and homes. It doesn’t matter if it’s a couple or a single lady inviting, clubs are best.
I have posted in another topic. Single male as Fake couple. The skin colour of the account holder and/or partner varies.
I never noticed American light fittings etc. I wouldn’t know.
What I do like is some people’s great sense of humour and wit.
Example: female published verification meeting with male: He showed up. (without saying anything bad, she has conveyed that there was nothing great worth writing about) |

" question ? Why are you reading mens profiles in the first place ? |

There’s one profile on here using an instagram models pictures. I called them out directly and reported them, as I messaged the Instagram account and they’d never heard of the site as they’re American. They too had hundreds of fake verifications!
Just all very sad really, not sure what they get from it.
The internet is a very strange place…. |

What do you do to filter the fakes?
I watch out for profiles that can't be bothered or are actually unable to get a green flag via being photo-verified.
You might like to get your profile a green flag OP??? Stops people wondering if you're fake.
Up to you of course... |

Just trust your instinct I always do.
I think you maybe looking to deep into the whole thing.
Unless a meet is on cards I do not take notice of verifications.
Anyone with just webcam verifications I tend to not bother with because by someone watching a cam can say xyz is lovely person and genuine. On a webcam does not give clue to if they are a nut job???? |

the 'holding a bit of paper with your username and site name' as a verification is laughably easy to get around. Even basic editing programs are good enough to pass muster for the few seconds the photo mods have to approve or deny a picture... |
