Yep, though only because the plant hasn't died yet. Definitely not green fingered, dread to think how many basil plants have died in my presence.. I must have caprese with extras avocado or couscous, etc at least 2 times a week

Lardy cake is a traditional old Wiltshire layered fruit loaf with a glaze made with lard, sugar and spice. You hardly ever see it in the shops but old school bakers still sell it, i bought this one on the market.
