We had an old pub near us that was demolished by the owner, he was ordered to rebuild it or pay a 7 figure fine.
He chose to pay the fine and sold the land to a property developer, making a boatload of profit |

I despise the owners. They'll have more cash spare to use than Staffordshire council, so I imagine that they'll try to demolish the council via the courts  , rather than doing the decent thing by rebuilding it. Or there'll be some other carefully implemented scam
I truly hope it gets rebuilt! |
