I would want the swap too.

1.Hendersons relish for the sweet spices. Surprisingly exotic ingredients for a sauce manufactured in Sheffield for many many years.

2. Soy for that umnami flavour.

3. Mustard for the mild heat. Good with cheese dishes, condiment or glaze for meats.
