yes..
5x13hr long day shifts.
1x birthday.
1x party.
1x assignment to start.
1x dissertation to start.
and whatever else i can't remember but is written in my diary.
wednesday's dinner is cesar salad.
all of my washing has been done ready to put obnoxiously bright pants and socks on underneath my scrubs Px

I'm back to work tomorrow after a week's holiday, where I properly left work alone. Have resisted the urge to log on tonight as I've figured it's a car crash inbox anyway, so on that front it'll all be fun and games tomorrow.
Training wise, all sorted as I have a pretty fixed routine, and will be glad to get back into it after a week off. Football tomorrow and need the run! |

Meal preps can be great being single guy
Tuesday. Thursday. Saturday and sunday.....workouts

Pretty organised yes....
Outfits sorted for work....Dinner menu fairly on track for the week but I do like to ease my way into a Monday so cooked enough today for tomorrow |

Monday - work and running club
Tuesday- work
Wednesday - day off and no need to worry about cooking as out for tea
Thursday - work
Friday - work (half day) then cocktails with a fab girlfriend in Newcastle
Saturday - pt and army museum with my boy
Sunday- bootcamp and chill
As for underwear I’m sorted |

Work this week.
I don’t plan meals, I leave that in the lap of the freezer gods.
My laundry, my kids laundry and my mums laundry is all done. If I never see a pair of pants again it’ll be too soon.
Nothing exciting planned. |

Sounds good. It’s important not to logon on sometimes isn’t it!
On training days I refuse to look at my phone until after 8 am, It’s my gym time I deserve it and I also need it for mental performance ! |

Good plan.
It’s not possible for me at the moment to pick training days More than one or two days in advance but I always know what I’m doing next as I follow the same routine three days strength & one days cardio I’m just cycle around those 4 routines |

That’s a great tip , I’m stealing it! I try to do my longest days on Mon/Tues to smash it so leftovers from Sunday for Monday is a good idea |

That’s a lot of training ! What other stuff gives to focus on it so ?
I make 3 to 4 maximum. But my training goals are staying healthy ,strong, fit and mentally focussed so 3-4 is more than enough for that. |
