"Looking forward to Nemy reopening, yes!
Same! I hope the retrack hasn't ruined it "
it’s quieter, the track was originally hollow but it’s now been filled with sand, you still get the roar but not as loud as it used to be, i might go this year at some point, purely for research purposes of course. |

Thorpe Park is much better due to the bigger rides being built.
Alton Towers have the restrictions of height - which for rollercoasters, is a necessity.
That said Nemisis will always hold a special place in my heart as the first upside down rollercoaster I went on and it was incredible, so will have to try Reborn.

AT has been looking worn and tired for many years now, but the new management team seem to be taking note. Hopefully changes will be seen this season.
Nemises reborn will be spectacular. It was such a huge huge loss to the park not having it last year but the investment was well needed. Great to see some of the fairground rubbish being removed as well.
Hyperia at Thorpe Park will just be different gravy. Can’t wait for that madness. And with only a lap bar restraint as well LOL. |

Think my rollercoasting days are over. Last time I was at Alton Towers Nemesis ruined me. I even puked up!
I'll go but hold the coats whilst those I'm with do the riding |

In the last decade i’ve always gone in may during the week when all the kids are still at school, one year I stayed on nemisis for 9 laps cause there was no one waiting to go on it, was a little queezy to say the least but a very memorable trip. |

9 times!! You're hardcore. I did once and I got off and had to sit down. I was so dizzy that the staff working there came over to see if I was alright. I wasn't alright, jeez, it's brutal. |
