You know the feeling I mean, that one you can feel building up every 5 days. It's a soft little tickle in your stomach and gets more intense as the week goes on.... thag Friday feeling of course (your filth if you thought anything else by the way).
So tell me, what gives you that Friday feeling? That little treat you have on a Friday.
Mine is a take away coffee and drinking it while sitting over looking the Devon coastline for my afternoon break from work. I look forward to it every week (yes I'm a 80 year old man). |

I think it's great to have small ritual like that. Appreciating small, regularly achievable pleasures is what makes for contentment in my book.
We don't get that Friday feeling any more but we do take an hour out every dsy for coffee, a chat and usually a jolly nice slice of cake

That sounds like the best ritual to have! |

Our daughter's friend asked her how we were recently. She replied "living their best retired life". |

It's not really a treat as such but I love washing my hair on a Friday evening - lighting candles, sorting out what hair mask to use, listening to whatever my current special interest is.
I've got a lot of hair and it's nice giving myself time to actually deal with it - during the week I'm a chignon or curly girl. Self care. How clichéd. |

That does sound great, I do need a hair cut so that might be me next Friday evening, granted my hair is probably a lot easier to manage then yourself. |
