My bedroom and my neighbours share a wall and I hear them some night so I'm assuming they hear me some mornings, afternoons and nights! Plus the Mr next door has been on nights while I've been off on the sick so I'm fairly sure I may have disrupted his sleep on occasion |

"we either have excellent soundproofing or our neighbour is very quiet or he's been dead for the last 16 months
Maybe give him a knock see if he's still alive then "
i don't think he'd answer. he can't even be arsed to take his milk in. |

My closest neighbours are across the road but my house doesn't have double glazing so I'm sure the sound travels...but then again the house across the road is a holiday home and I'll never see the people in there again so they can listen all they like...filthy perverts! |

Our walls are very thin, we once heard our previous neighbours pissing themselves laughing when they heard the sound of spanking coming from our side
The joke was on them though. On the rare occasions we did hear sex noises from their side they lasted about 30 seconds
;-)
Our new neighbours must have an even worse sex life, they're a young attractive couple but we've not heard anything from them in nearly two years! They definitely must hear us though |

I normaly hear one side arguing. At the moment I can hear the tumble dryer from the other side I'm sure its going to come through the wall. My friend who lives downstairs can hear if I have someone here. I'm sure the people on both sides can hear as well lol. |

Downstairs to us are a family of 4 living in a one bedroomed flat and the 2 kids (no more than 4 or 5 year olds) never get taken outside. Their parenting skills seem tco consist primarily of turning the TV volume up and we can hear them screaming at regular intervals from as early as 7 and through to the early hours. So we assume that they must hear us but don't overly care as they disturb us more than we could possibly disturb them. |

"The walls are 2ft thick - struggle to hear anyone in the next room let alone next door!
I find that if you get the right size pint po.................."
haha remember trying that as a kid.
The only thing you can hear out here is the little beasties in the loft |

"
We can only when they're having (what I assume to be) wild sex or an argument "
I can hear every bloody thing, kids screaming, shouting banging the walls, dogs barking, crying, footie up the walls....parents screaming and arguing..etc etc etc.
Kin hell it is......... |

My neighbours are very nosy and listen to everything.
He stopped me the other morning and asked if I'd bought a budgie.
I said no why?
He said oh, it's just that I heard a lady's voice saying...
Quick catch it in your shirt flaps before it flies every where |

Someone knocks their front door at least 3 times most evenings too.... |

I've just spent 4 hours listening to moans and howls coming from the next door hotel room!
Was evident that originally two couples and then the one staying in the room carried on for another hour!
If only I had my x-ray specs i'd have gone and knocked on the door - but didn't want to run the risk of it being pensioners or serious fuglies!
Definately sounded like all had a good time though! |
